"Install was coordinated, cleanly. Radon level dropped appropriately on post-installation testing. After install, company is a ghost, though. Pump installed on an outside wall, which gives a loud “hum” in the adjacent room. Multiple phone calls, texts, and emails were attempted to get ahold of Dave over 3 months. One call was returned with a promise to come out and look, but nobody showed. Follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered. Seems they are happy to do the install, but not provide any service outside of that."
