I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"Linda Rominsky Bye BEFORE our Roof was replaced by City Light Construction.Their site manager came and put tarps where it was leaking. He also came and walked the roof with our adjuster. City Light took it from there. Put in their estimate, and it was approved by our USAA insurance. Within days the money for the roof was in our account. City Light took every care to lay tarps and collect the old roof, and cleared all debris. They even took large magnets to scan for dropped nails. They sat and explained the materials they use, which are of the finest quality. The work was done in one day, over the house, and most of our shed. By noon the second day the crew had completed the install. They even painted the furnace stack on the roof black to match the roof. We were impressed with their attention to detail, and everything was done to county construction standards. We are thrilled with our new roof and City Light Construction. We plan to use them for sealing our stamped concrete patio."

"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

"Avoid at all costs. 1st Order From the very start it was like i was sold snake oil. It took over 4 months to even get the company to properly agree on the parts and pieces of my order. This was for a complete replacement of all my doors and balcony entry. From here we started seeing the problems. Poor coordination, communication and we saw techs putting notes in our ticket being dishonest. Example is they stated they came onsite and we refused them for a checkup and I showed them my ring logs for the entire day. This gave them an excuse to sit on the order for days on end until we called to find out what was going on. 2nd Delivery Parts were delivered without even a courtesy call to inform us when it was arriving and how to facilitate the space for the hardware. We had to yet again call back to get details. Again operaters placed notes in our ticket making it seem like they were attempting to get ahold of us. 3rd Installation Not all the parts arrived.
