"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

"I had previously talked to 3 contractors about installing a patio, and got quotes from two of them. By the time my HOA finally approved the work, the contractor I chose was no longer able to fit me in a reasonable schedule. I called Julio out to do my yard work, and explained my situation. We had a detailed and productive conversation about what I needed to achieve, which was fix the POOR drainage in my yard. We discussed a rainbow of options, their prices and consequences. I found it refreshing to NOT have a contractor try to force their solution on me. In the end, we decided on a patio that was part of an overall strategy to address the back yard swampland, meaning it required the rerouting of sprinklers, sump pump drainage, and gutters... all for about the same cost as the smaller patio I had previously agreed to. "The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."
