They also replaced an aging hot water heater. The technicians arrived on time, worked diligently through the day, and were efficient. We added on the sewer repair which added an additional day. All work was completed within four days. I am impressed with their knowledge and workmanship. The technicians were tidy and removed all our old materials including the hot water heater. "Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. "They do a good job. For just a toilet, some plumbers charge a lot of money and I just found them to be good. The best parts about them is their availability, promptness, and getting the job done. They were able to work with really old pipes. I was impressed with that. My husband thinks that the price was too much on one of the jobs, but I say that probably is a tenth of what they have done. They have done a lot of jobs for us. It was a terrible job that they had to do the last time they came, but they did it."

"Carlos originally remodeled our entire office space, which we LOVE. We are VERY picky about how things are done, and this guy lived up to our expectations and more. At times, I think we drove him a bit crazy, but he never showed it. 
He installed our sink and we've always had some plumbing issues as a result of the old pipes in the building. My sink had been clogged for a couple of weeks and I was super lazy about calling Carlos to come check it out. I called him last week and within an HOUR he was there to fix it. He happened to be in the neighborhood on his lunch break, and took time from eating to come check in, say hello and fix the plumbing issues. It was fixed in no time and is working like new.
Carlos is always professional, timely, and definitely puts his clients first. I actually had a new client prospect in my office and Carlos politely excused himself to give us privacy.
