Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
