When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it."

They said some one would call me back to schedule. That was in March. I've called 4 times since then and it's now June. The receptionist keeps saying he's away from his desk.
