Contractor refused to correct work or match siding, falsely claimed matching vinyl siding was unavailable. The homeowner withheld full payment due to unresolved issues. Seeking to report the contractor's poor performance and inquire about next steps. Currently obtaining new estimates from two other professionals to fix the faulty work."
