He told me he was going to do this and that and worked consistently. Everything is working like it should I feel so much better since they repaired things. I know if there is a problem I can call and they will be here. Such a great group of Christian people working together to help others. I didn't have to worry about them in my home or their work. "Nothing in my home was draining, so I called quality service today out, they sent out a technician who after further investigation determined that my septic tank was full, he was able to schedule me to get my tank pumped same day, Jeremy came out and did a thorough assessment of my septic system, offered me multiple options on different levels of cleaning and maintenance and has even set me up to have all the buried lines inspected via camera at no extra charge, these guys are the best, same day service by people you enjoy having in your home."

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

"Installed sump pump. Didn’t press for the more expensive, expansive project. I appreciated that. I also loved that they communicated and set times and dates and confirmed. So far so good. We will see if problem is resolved."

"Quality Service Today replaced my septic tank and the drainfield. From the beginning I felt at ease with the process thanks to the awesome customer service I received. When it was time for the installation the technicians kept me informed the entire time and answered all of my questions. I know who to call for any of my plumbing or septic needs."

"Both the Owner and the technician who came out were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issue I had. They made the repair and were in and out in less than a couple hours. Only company I will use from here on out."

"So glad I found him! I was told I had a leak under my house. He came & found it was only condensation on the pipes! I would have never known! Honest & trustworthy!!"

"When my septic pump broke everyone I called was busy, even the team at the Water Specialist, but they responded to my emergency by making time for an inspection and replacement on top of an already busy schedule. They really came through for us!"
