"Sue went above and beyond to find an installer to complete my job in a very tight time period. Installer was professional, friendly and fixed my carpeting on a Sunday morning. Would absolutely utilize again! Thank you Sue!"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"It was very nice inspection"

"We got vinyl flooring in our kitchen and the entrance to our basement. As well as carpeting done in the rest of the basement. Both installations work great and were done in a timely fashion. Our sales rep Michelle was fantastic and very helpful."

"Person who took the job and the person who carried it out were different. Apparently they didn't communicate the details properly. Therefore, the job wasn't finished exactly the way it was promised to be finished. More specifically, the stairs were promised to be done with contractor's own material, which would be hand-finished hardwood material. The actual installer used engineered wood that I had purchased to finish the stairs, costing me more money, and providing less quality than promised. The rest of the work was done as promised, and it is satisfactory. Promises were made, but not followed through."

"Overall I was pleased with the job done. The carpeting install I was very pleased with. The only concern I had is that there were a couple of molding pieces that were not nailed down when they installed the flooring. I didn't notice until a couple of days after so I just nailed the pieces down myself. Not that big of a deal but I was a little confused how they could have left them not nailed down."

"We hired Sam's Hardwood Floors to refinish the hardwood floors and install quarter-round molding in our living room, dining room and entryway/main hallway. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated. Sam's business had some great reviews and all of his work exceeded our expectations. Our initial estimate was prompt and painless and we found his rates to be VERY reasonable. Sam was courteous, informative and responsive throughout the process. We received constant updates about our project (by text – with pictures) and Sam demonstrated his knowledge and interest in his craft throughout. Sam was excellent at answering our questions and providing the right information to help us make decisions throughout the project (which stain type, color, molding, sheen etc.). Sam and his team treated our home with the utmost care and respect and we could not be more pleased with their work. Sam is a true craftsman and he runs a model business which we would STRONGLY recommend to anyone. Do yourself and your floors a favor and contact Sam TODAY!"
