"Feliciano was quite simply the most detail-oriented general contractor I have worked with in my renovating career. I recently purchased a row home in Philadelphia that needed a full rehab/renovation from the smallest re-pointing jobs to adding master bathroom suites I have never felt more confident that it was being done correct and with the best finishes available.  After first meeting with Feliciano I knew I was in good hands.  He showed me his work at a few other jobs he was finishing up on with big time developers and these were large projects.  After seeing the sharp finishes he installed I was ready to see his numbers for  my job. Within a day we began what became my best relationship with a contractor yet.  His team hustles 6 days a week  and never took a short cut.  When he felt I was making a potential mistake with a finish he spoke up, explaining what he thought would help me sell in that particular area.  Seeing this told me he takes his business very personal and he has a unmatched passion for his clients and the properties he renovates. He had his very organized team at the job everyday and we finished within 3 months. Time is money for both of us and 3 months turn time is unprecedented for the amount of work we scheduled.  As a business owner myself I was impressed with the respect his employees give to him and more importantly they gave to me,  the customer.
I could go on and on about his craftsmanship and finishes but I want to make sure he's available for my next reno!!"

"I hired Jim to do some maintenance work on my roof which is old and in need of repair.  It's a compound roof with areas of slate, copper, and old tin.  All these areas have leaked in the recent past, and will eventually need to be replaced.  Jim knows how to work with all these materials and found the sources for leaks that others have missed.  He seems to understand how old roofs are built.  We will be talking about a larger roof project in the spring.  In one place I needed some custom molding and carpentry to repair storm damage and I was pleasantly surprised at how well Jim did this work.  He got the custom milling done for less than I could have myself. 

Jim and I are also talking about other work including carpentry, painting, drywall and bathroom remodeling.  Though the work Jim has done for me so far has been mainly roof repair and handyman type small jobs, I am convinced he is a good general builder and I intend to use him again as such.  I've already recommended him to my next door neighbor."
