Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

I thought the cost of the project was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up daily. The crew was trust-worthy and could be left alone in the house. "Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."

"He arrived on time with three very professional clean polite workers.  They relocated all of the furniture from the second floor to to the first floor,   removed the carpet, bagged it and took it away in the matter of a few hours. All of the vents were sealed, the doors to the bathrooms, and the smoke alarms.    Sanding the floor beneath the carpet was finished the first day and we were able to see what the appearance would be .   Early the second day the varnishing took place and of course we had to wait for it to dry.    A second coat was put on the third day and allowed to thoroughly dry.   We were advised to find someplace to stay while the work was being done which was advisable because of he dust and fumes.   They were  careful to seal the boards from below where there were gaps that would allow the sand and varnish to go through ( It is a loft condo and there is not ceiling below the floor boards above. )  The crew were meticulous about cleaning up the dust and  putting everything back into place, unsealing the vents etc.   A cleaning person would have been supplied to further dust if I had desired but I did not feel a need for that. The elevators in the building were padded before they brought in the equipment and completely cleaned when they were finished.   There were no complaints from any of the condo management crew."
