"Hired company to epoxy two car garage. Took them three weeks to complete job because of weather. Initial problem with sanding residue from garage floor ending up on my car parked in the driveway. Brought to attention of owner first thing in the morning. He responded in 10 minutes and took my car to local deluxe car wash. Problem corrected. Job looks very nice. They also sealed some cracks in cinder block foundation. I would hire them again."

"New vinyl siding, new roof, 2= 6 by 12 ft. Decks, found a loot of rot from years of water damage. It was a huge job. Due to rain & heat, ordering wrong items or not enough of the items, there were a lot of delays. In the end, we are not happy with the end results. There are many little repairs that we have to do and that is exactly why we hired out, so WE wouldn’t have to do anything."

He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he wasted no time doing it in a thorough and professional manner. He was helpful through the entire project, from cleaning up the nastiness, to dealing with the insurance company, and getting the tenants back into their home. Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.
With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.
Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
