He recommended their Comfort Advisor to speak with me in detail. Darin D was excellent. He was very nice, polite, and professional. Darin D went over & beyond to help me understand what my ac problem was & what it would take to resolve it. Very knowledgeable & excellent advice & service. My two installers, Dustin H & Chester J were amazing. They arrived on time & worked tirelessly all day until the job was done. They were friendly efficient and thorough. "I couldn't decide between a liquid cooled or air cooled generator at first. I decided on the liquid cooled so hopefully, there will be a lot less maintenance on it. It took about 2 weeks for the equipment to arrive, but it was installed and running quickly when it got here. The sales appointment was about as easy and low pressure as it gets. They also offer an EXCELLENT maintenance plan that I jumped on right away. Matthew, my technician, was the best! And they even let you note on your account when you have a preferred technician you’d like (which I, of course, listed as Matthew). He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our A/C unit and found the problem and before he did anything, he went over what he found wrong with my husband and I and let us know how much it would cost before doing the work. Brenton was able to replace a part and get our unit cooling for less then $200 and the other company wanted to replace our unit and charge over $7000.00!! We are very pleased with this company and the service technician and the honesty."
