"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Chad Hendricks and the Ready Roofer Company did a great job getting me more out of my insurance policy to have the roof replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

"The process of replacing all nine windows was a very process although it took some time for the windows to be manufactured the turn around time was still very fast. The install crew, 6 of them, were very professional and extremely nice. The windows look wonderful and I'm excited to see how they handle the temps in the house based on seasonal temps outside. Our point of contact was Gary Courtright who did an excellent job in communicating, estimating, and coordinating the repairs and roofing shingle replacement for our rather large and expansive home in Fruit Heights, Utah, where in some years, the canyon winds through our town can exceed 100 MPH.  After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof.  Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof.  We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH.  SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !
