"I used Craftmasters to do our kitchen design. They were great to work with and really listened to how I used my kitchen and what I wanted. Afterwards, I decided to use them to do the remodel. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But it was worth it because you get a dedicated project manager who handles all the details so we didn't have to. Again, great to work with. Kitchen turned out wonderful and every time I am in there I love it more! Especially the cabinets and countertops. Makes a world of difference when I'm cooking!"

All contractors were excellent, professional and on the job as promised and any questions were answered promptly. Everything that was promised, was delivered. A pleasure to have them in my home. 5 years later, there have been no problems. Bernie is always available to answer any questions. Two of my neighbors, after seeing our remodel, have also had their kitchens remodeled. Our son has had work don in his 1931 home in Minneapolis. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). In order to show me the sample of the backsplash, he showed up at 0615 so I wouldn't be late for work! That surprised me and was much appreciated. "Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."

"Eduardo Perez with All-Ways Carpentry LLC is absolutely fantastic! We are getting our house ready to sell in anticipation of a move, and Eduardo and his team did a variety of projects for us. He did a bathroom remodel and a kitchen refresh with new countertops, a new faucet and new appliances. He also helped us with a large list of other items that needed to be addressed such as replacing light fixtures, fixing gaps in flooring, and fixing and upgrading trim in several rooms. "What great workers! It was a refreshing experience dealing with craftsmen. The difference between the specialists at PKSalt and everyone else is thei sense of pride they take in their workmanship. They actually care! They would always clean up after themselves. The doors were closed and locked when I came home. Without exception, the crews were respectful of my property and of me. Originally, due to the pandemic, we had some issues with having to wait for products. Once the item arrived it was at the house and the crew was busy installing it. PK Salt worked seamlessly with my designer and decorator. My new kitchen, flooring and bathroom are stunning! "I hired Twin City Home Services to tear down a wall, correct plumbing/electrical in my kitchen, and upgrade a custom workspace desk. All the work was expertly done on a timely basis. I really can't say enough good things about TCHS. Easily a 10/10. My house is older and has some unique features and they adapted and corrected. TCHS was reasonably priced and HONEST. I had some scope changes where they could have taken advantage but did not. I recommend TCHS for most projects. I'll never call anyone else."
