"Rob and team were superb from start to finish. Rob was able to provide a very competitive quote compared to other companies. In addition, Rob spent the time to explain the process and products that were going to be installed during the quote. Rob came back out to inspect the lot prior to installation to discuss where each sprinkler head will be placed. The day of installation went as smooth as it possible can. The team identified issues with our drain pipes that the builder incorrectly installed. They fixed the drain pipes to ensure water was properly being removed from the house foundation. This is very important when the sprinklers were running three times a day for new sod. After the installation, I called a few times for adjustments to the sprinkler heads and the company was able to have someone out within a couple days. The company's passion in the work they do and the care they have for their customers are top notch. I highly recommend Water Wizard Irrigation."

"They seem to be very busy, so I didn't get an immediate call back from my message, but when I got a hold of them the next day they were very helpful in finding time to schedule someone to look at my irrigation system. I wasn't sure if the new sod could be watered with the existing system or if I would need to add on. They have repairmen who do the work, but only the owners provide quotes, so she scheduled a repairman to come out on a Thursday morning and the owner on Saturday if the repairman couldn't get it to work for my lawn. They did not show up during the three hour window. When I called in, I found that they were confused by the two dates in their system and cancelled the Thursday service. She apologized and had someone come out later that day. The repairman was excellent and was able to adjust the irrigation system to cover the new sod."

"We first contacted DHI in the fall of 2015 for an estimate on an irrigation system for our property((approx. 1.5 acres) including lawn and extensive perennial beds. After getting several bids from various contractors we decided to go with DHI but by the time we got to it they were booked up for the fall so we decided to try again in the spring. We contacted them again in April and they agreed to price from the previous fall and we scheduled the installation. Dale Hurt and his crew came on time and were very efficient in installing the system and in providing the plumber to connect up system to house. The whole project took about 1 day and included two outdoor spigots that were needed for pond and gardening purposes. A major leak was discovered when they turned it on and this was promptly repaired. After running the system for a few days we noticed that the spray nozzles needed to be adjusted and that the rain sensor was not working properly. After calling DHI, Steve Hurt came out and went through all the nozzles (58) and adjusted them to our needs and showed me how to adjust them and found that the sensor was in the standby mode, again he changed to active mode and it seems to work for heavy rains. We would have DHI again for sprinkler installations if we needed such."
