"John and his team are highly experienced at installing wood floors. We had existing wood floors and carpet. They re-stained the existing wood floors and installed new wood floors where the carpet existed previously. The floors match exactly and look great. I really appreciate the craftsmanship on all the little details and a focus on quality finishes so the floors will last for many years. John is also great to work with. They are a bit more expensive, but it was worth it for us to get a quality job done."

"David and Loren did an excellent job! We are thrilled with our floors in our new home as they are gorgeous! We have high standards for quality service and David and Loren definitely impressed us and met our highest standards. Our project had some complications as we discovered once the carpet was removed in our family room that the sub floor was bad had to be torn up and a new one put in. David and Loren were not flustered but rather went out bought new wood, tore up the old floor and put in a new floor, adding two additional days to the project. They took out an old radiator, patched in the floor and put in quarter rounds and baseboards. Their work ethic was stellar. Each day they arrived on time or early, stayed late and communicated with us throughout the process. They are perfectionists and professionals through and through. Prior to deciding on a company I read through many reviews and no other business had the high reviews of Illi Hardwood Flooring. I'd recommend them to anyone with great enthusiasm. Look no further."

"We had several bathrooms that needed all new tile, a laundry room carpet removal and tile install, and travertine tile removal of cracked tiles and replace with new ones. High quality work that was completed efficiently. The guys were great to work with and very respectful."

"We had the floors done in 3 stages. After the amazing job on the first room and hallway, we were convinced Josh was our go-to guy. Now that all the floors are done I fully stand by that assertion. All the floors look amazing and the work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price."

"We are extremely pleased with our remodeled bathroom! Brian also installed LVP flooring throughout the main level of our home, & it looks amazing! He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship. We appreciated his work ethic, & the beauty of the new bathroom & flooring are worth the wait! Great conversational skills & sense of humor were also true of Brian & his assistant, Jacob, which added to this positive experience. Highly recommend this contractor!"

"Pro was completely efficient, attention to detail &wanted to do the job right. Was masterful when working with tools with safety in mind. Was not content until the product was right and beautiful. I would recommend him for any floor laying project. Hands down."

"Where to start! I selected Anton through Angie's List having already had two other estimates come in to replace flooring throughout our house (1st, 2nd, basement). Anton was not the most expensive or cheapest, his was right in the middle but what sold me was his expertise, commitment and follow through. Basically he earned my confidence and at the end of the day I want to know this job was done right, especially when it is an investment in my home. As many others have stated both Anton and his team are courteous, punctual and have excellent attention to detail. If they say they will be there at 7 am the next morning then you can be sure that is when they will be there. And when they leave at end of the day they always clean up. Having Anton's experience and passion really helped us understand our options and allowed us to pick something durable and beautiful that met our specific situation. Some of the other installers we talked to would just agree to put down whatever we wanted to put down without really explaining the pros and cons of each - I am sure we could have ended up with a floor that was installed incorrectly had we not been careful with who we chose. And considering we put down nearly 4,000 sq ft of material it was important that we got it right the first time. And yes it looks amazing! :) Hardest part of the whole project was having to move all the stuff out of the house while the work was taking place. Good news is Anton is also willing to work around furniture if necessary - overall he was very flexible with options to help find solutions that worked best for us. He also knows a lot of other people in the business and helped me find both a gutter installer and painter that I could trust (no surprise they are also on Angie's list and also top rated). In total Anton and team put down ~4,000 sqft of luxury vinyl plank that looks like wood (really does). Demo'd tile, removed carpet, raised and leveled subfloors throughout, added trim / baseboards / shoe molding, also addressed the stairwell, 32 steps + several landings and added white risers to the set. I will add some photos so people can see what I mean. Work was done in conjunction with painting work but if I was to separate just the flooring that effort took just a few weeks to complete. There were a few mistakes along the way or adjustments we requested, in every case it was addressed without a complaint. I really can't say enough good things about how this project turned out. And because I have been on the receiving end of a bad project before I can definitely appreciate the difference. I am sure others can relate. Anton has certainly earned my future business!"
