"I had contacted 2 companies prior to calling Harold's to get prices for a video inspection. After talking to a young lady named Julie at Harold's, we decided to ask Harold's to come out for the inspection. When you call a company for a service, it's nice to have someone answering the phones that is extremely knowledgeable of your services and can answer all your questions ( Harold's has that). Harold came to do the inspection with a helper. He was very thorough and explained everything he was finding. The bad news was, it was going to be a very big job to fix our problems. We received our estimate and decided to go with Harold's Plumbing. Every time I called with questions it did not matter which young lady answered the phone they all had answers to my questions and kept us updated. The day the tunneling began there was a crew of 2 diggers and 2 pump truck drivers. They worked very hard everyday they were here and I never saw any of them take a lunch break. This crew was very polite, professional and were very helpful when I asked a question. After the tunneling was complete, the plumbing crew came. This group of 3 was also very professional and knowledgeable. One of the plumbers had worked on the tunneling also. This crew also worked all day and never saw them leave for lunch or stop for breaks. They had to replace all of the sewer lines and some water lines. Once they were finished, I asked several questions which were all answered. It was nice to hear that all the leaks were gone. The last crew was Gator Sand Pumping a crew of several with 2 trucks. Another very polite, professional group. They also worked all day. The job is now complete. All the crews did a great job of not damaging any bushes and minimal to our lawn, which we expected due to the amount of rain we had been having. We would highly recommend this company to any one for a small job or large one like ours. It was a pleasure to work with such a nice group of people that made it easier to get through such a stressful time."

If all the worker is professional and patient with in explaining their job as he was YES yes I would use them as my plumber. My impression of him was he gave 100% of doing his job. I'm sorry I forgot his name but because of doing his work I remember his face."

"Water was leaking into my garage from under my water heater. I call them when they opened Monday morning knowing they may be closed as it was Memorial day. They were open and booked for the day however the person who took my call was very nice and reassured me they would send someone out to look at the problem and then get the water heater replaed within a few days. Someone came by noon - called first and was prompt. The person was very polite and professional. He checked my water heater and said that it was fine and the water was actually draining from the AC overflow. He spent time showing me where the water was coming from. He was able to unclog the line and the water stopped. I was charged nothing for the time he spent. I will definately use this company again and will recommend them to my friends and family. The technician really made my day - nice courteous and honest service - goes a long way!"

"I have used the company for numerous other jobs ( smaller) so did not expect any problems. The scope of the job changed somewhat but Ritchie remained fair with pricing. My foundation needed to be broken to re-route drains because the lay-out was completely changed.He is not the cheapest plumber around but it is a good value for the service. Matt and Ritchie did all of the work. Ritchie was not satisfied with one aspect of the new tub so he would not install it. Other plumbers may have. I called him back in August and he responded promptly but the problem was not with the plumbing. There was no mark up for fixtures, etc that you see with other plumbers. The tub, toilet, etc were provided at the same price that you see on the internet. Other plumbers have marked those up for profit. I will continue to use them.

"We had our kitchen sink drain clog before Christmas with a house full of guests. Big Easy came out the same afternoon, on a Saturday and mechanically cleared the clog. He chose not to charge the after hours surcharge, which was nice of them.
I had used them a couple of months prior to clear a clogged toilet - my 4y old had dropped a toy car in a month before, and it finally became a problem. He couldn't clear it on the first visit and the larger machine was unavailable. He did fix a leak in the kitchen sink trap, however. He came out again the next day with the machine and a helper. They cleared it by pushing the toy to the street. The total charge was $140. They were courteous and professional.
