He gave a detailed account to Katherine, the Designer. Her design gave me everything I needed- plenty of storage in the kitchen. My budget was small, but they stayed on budget and provided quality and stylish materials-kitchen cabinets, backsplash, countertops, sink & flooring. Bathroom tub, tile surround, flooring and accessories. Grober, Johnny and the tile guy are master craftsmen. They did an excellent job, meeting every repair challenge and putting up with me. "I love my new bathroom! I couldn't be happier! Rafael and his crew provided me with a beautiful, quality bathroom at an affordable price. I emailed the company for a quote and I received a call from Rafael on the same day. Once he came out to review my house and go over the contract, we set a date for construction to begin. The project included some vanities, tiles and bathroom accessories I could choose from, but my heart was set on a granite top vanity to match the other bathrooms in my home. "I hired JW from FNC to complete my kitchen and bathroom renovation and had Sean as the project manager for the project. Overall, I was very pleased with the work this company provided.
JW came out for an estimate and gave me pretty cool 3D kitchen design. There was a decent amount of back and forth communication via texts/phone calls/emails on the 3D kitchen and bathroom design (i.e. type and color of cabinets, size of cabinets, overall layout, etc.). Always within hours (if not minutes) JW was quick to respond. The estimate was extremely professional, easy to read, and broken down nicely into line-item buckets. 
The project started and finished on time and on budget. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but nothing extremely major. Even with the minor hiccups, Sean and his crew were quick to come to resolutions and to remedy the issue at hand. For example, the bathroom sink faucet was not properly installed and became very loose and unaligned after about a week of use. I let Sean know what the issue was and he was out to fix it the very next day.
If I had to do it all over again I would: 
1. Spend more time picking out granite colors. (I went to the granite yard with JW and Sean. I am happy with what I have, but in retrospect would like to have spent more time viewing the different options available). 
2. Investigate different cabinet options. (Once again, happy with what I have, but I am not totally convinced this is the quality of cabinet I was looking for). 
3. I should have asked to have painting be included in the project. (The renovation project is "complete", but I still have to clean-up the walls and paint them. It would have been nice if I had included this piece in the project). 
4. Spend more time reviewing the kitchen layout options. (I am thinking back on it now that it may have been better to have the kitchen in an "L" shape with a small bar/counter area.)
Like I mentioned previously, overall I was very pleased with the work this company provided. I really got the feeling that FNC took pride in their project. Because of this, I would not hesitate to hire them again for a future project and would highly recommend their services to others, thus the "A" rating. :) .
