"The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."

When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed.
