"They were the lowest bidder, but bid the job based on my description and pictures without actually seeing the roof (it s like many others in the area). It took a while to finally get on the schedule due to rain pushing back other jobs, which is understandable. The work took about 90 minutes for 2 people, replaced flashing and several slates. They said the roof was in bad shape, which didn t give me a good feeling that the leak was fixed, and would provide an estimate for a new roof - after putting on the new flashing. I guess I feel like if they had seen the roof before the bid, we might have had a different job. Still waiting for a substantial rain to see if leak has stopped. I ll update if I m able."

"We needed urgent service for a large opening in our roof left by another company. They came right away and were professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Saved us thousands of dollars in damage. Thank you Empire Roofing!"

"Alvin was professional and courteous. He did the estimate and was able to do the roof repairs in the same day. We will definitely call him for any roofing needs in the future. We certainly recommend his company."

"Vinnie Mitchell promptly repaired leakage problems on our roof within 2 days of surveying the job. He showed us what the problems were and how they would be resolved and guaranteed for the repair for 2 years. I would highly recommend his company."

"Anyone with a slate or tile roof needing repairs should consider using Roberts Roofing. A tree crashed through my 70 year old slate roof. There was damage to half the front side of the house roof. The roof is very different from most slate roofs. While most slate roofs use the same color, width and thickness tile, my roof used random width, color and thickness tile. Matching their work to the old roof was a challenging job. The Roberts team ( 11 craftsmen ) removed slightly more than half the roof. They mixed in approximately 2,000 reclaimed tiles from their vast inventory with the tiles they harvested from my roof. The result.... excellent. The pattern match.... flawless. The craftsmanship.... top quality. The execution time.... phenomenal. Thank you Josh, Samuel and JW."

"Did a great job on a flat roof repair/replacement . Corrected the problems created by several badly done previous repair jobs. Explained everything in detail. Super friendly professional, and no pushy salesmanship. Completed the job in one day, and cleaned everything out so you wouldn’t know they were ever there. Highly recommended."

"They did an amazing job the roof was completed in a day I highly recommend"

"The slate was repaired with no problem. The dormer was painted initially, but it rained that day. After calling Mike later this summer and sending him some pics of the dormer, he sent his guys back down to put on a couple more coats. It looks good now."
