"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better."

"Thanks to Saul and his crew we have a new Roof . They did an amazing job and in a short time frame . They even helped fix some siding while they were here . WILL definitely recommend and keep in mind for future work."

"All new windows and siding installed in only 5 days total being on site. Looks like a brand new house. Noticeably Quieter in the house a better insulated. Great job cleaning up the yard afterwards. Good value compared to other quotes. Would recommend getting an appraisal from this company."

"Shane did a great job installing my doors. Very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks again for a job well done."

"Working with Mike from Windlickers was a fantastic experience. He responded quickly to my call and was responsive throughout the entire experience. We didn't know what had to be done on our roof. Mike was honest about what needed to be done and was willing to work with us. He showed where venting was installed improperly, how the old roofing would damage new roofing and where skylights could create better natural light inside. I was kept up to date through the entire process and never left wondering what the next step was. I recommend using windowlickers for everything from an inspection to full replacement."

"Despite the time consuming surprise discovered during removal of the old roofing, the replacement job was completed on time and at the proposal cost."

"Was a busy time of year, Spring, Doug was a very pleasant person to deal with. Ray and his crew were very nice and easy to deal with as well and did a GREAT tare off and installation ! Happy ME. ??"

"Very professional, polite and kind workers, and the owner of the company checked on the progress and quality of the installation."

"Everything was smooth and painless from start to finish. The crews were very friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean. It looks like a new house and I couldn't be happier with the results."

"Professional customer service with integrity. Our 100-year-old house in Whitefish Bay looks fabulously updated, and its original character is still intact, thanks to the thoughtful/smart attention to detail and quality craftsmanship of Ridge Top's team in replacing our original woodfame siding with LP Smartside, and installing new gutters. I knew this was the right company to hire the first time Mitch Anderson stopped by to give us an estimate. Not only was he thorough, helpful, and patient as we decided which original wood trim to keep and the color of the new siding, he stuck with us throughout the project when questions came up. He was responsive and demonstrated integrity; the mark of strong customer service. Overall, the crew was fast, professional, did quality work/cleanup, and was a pleasure to have around. Thank you, Ridgetop Exteriors."
