"The biggest mistake you can make is to hire Ryan obenhoff. He told me he would have my home built in 4 months. I had to ask him three times to simply get started on the work when he had done nothing in 6 weeks. He did not know how to do the plumbing and did not hire a licensed contractor to put the plumbing in. He never worked a 40-hour week and would take frequent days off or be gone several hours during the day when he was supposed to be working. He kept extending the time that he told me the job would be complete and after constantly asking him to please get the work done his girlfriend came over to threaten me for telling him this until I finally told him I would find a different contractor and now he's refusing to give me back any portion of the $100,000 I put down and the work he did will most likely not pass inspection. You will see at the end of my review the work he completed after 3 months of a 4-month job. You do not want to hire this person and yes there is a pending lawsuit against him regarding the job that I hired him to do that he did little to nothing on."
