"This contractor was excellent. He installed four doors, a storm door, and created a new step under a pair of French doors. I would recommend this guy and use again."

"Michael was fantastic. After reviewing the exact project details he was able to lower his bid so I could afford the work being done."

Hi, Im Aleksandr, your local handyman in Portland and Vancouver. I help homeowners with repairs, upgrades, and small remodels? From drywall and trim to flooring and demolition. I show up on time, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right without cutting corners.

"Eugene and his team were very professional and did a great job with my kitchen floor. During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. The job was completed on time and the finished floors looks great."

"Gary came to our house to give us an estimate on a carpet installation for our basement. He recommended Carpet Outlet in Portland to purchase the carpet and he would pick up the carpet and pad and complete the installation. He was prompt and courteous and did a very professional job. He took his time measuring out the basement so we wouldn't have to pay for excess carpeting. We had other carpet companies come to the house--Gary did the job with 6 square yards less than what we were quoted by other companies and we saved over $500 by using Gary and Carpet Outlet!

"We just moved back in after they refinished our oak and walnut floors and the job was done exceptionally well. Their communication was top notch and the job was done as agreed upon and on time. I also feel the price was very fair and although they were not the cheapest we felt most comfortable with the options they offered and could tell they new what they were doing and we were right. And when I say, "not the cheapest" they were very close in price as the other three contractors we spoke with. The floors look better than new and they were quite beat up after raising two kids and having three grands over the last 24 years plus the dogs. Do we recommend? Absolutely. Thanks J&B, we're very happy."

"Todd Scarpelli of Floor Coverings International provided a comprehensive, through bid. Of all bidders he clearly demonstrated strong understanding of the needs of the project. He was the only one to focus on the challenges of the subfloor work and the special focus on the stairs as an important component of the job. He was professional, followed up on every detail daily, and delivered what he said he would, always on time. His installer, Terrrance was of the highest order. His attention to detail and excellence as a craftsman was top order. He showed up every day as established, and frankly far exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the installation. Finally, we appreciated Todd's follow up, attention to detail, and he always went the extra step to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recomend this vendor and plan to hire them in the future for other floor related projects. I wish every contractor experience was as positive as ours with Todd, his installer Terrance, and the company overall."
