"Perry was very professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. He sent an estimate within 48 hours, and it was easy to schedule the work with him. The fir floors had black mastic/adhesive from old linoleum that we took off, and it took a lot of sanding to remove it. There was also some damaged wood that was replaced with reclaimed fir, and it blends in with the floor perfectly. We were amazed at the transformation of the floors.
