"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

He took the time to explain everything to us and ways to improve the project, but NOT for the cost. He helped us save money every step of the way. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."
