"Removed the common brick that had been underneath a rusted crown of original 3rd story gutterwork that the city had asked us to remove, replaced this with face brick, used scaffolding.  They also replaced a crumbling window lintel.  The work went very well overall, with good communication throughout, although they were late getting started because of some issues encountered at other job sites."

"Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain! We are so grateful for the expert repair but also the guidance that replacing the capstones would provide more of a long term solution. Highly recommend these guys for your masonry needs."

"I hired Johnâ s Masonry, Roofing and Construction for several projects that were all completed with excellence! Johnâ s crew did an outstanding job with the replacement of the porch/deck and footings of my 2-story building. After the deck was torn down, we realized that the roof also needed to be replaced. Without missing a beat, Johnâ s roofing crew did a great job replacing the roof. After which, the construction crew returned and did an outstanding job building the porch/deck and replacing the footings. John actually provided additional footings at no extra charge. We added tuck pointing on one side of the building while the porch/deck was underway. Johnâ s masonry crew power washed, cut out and replaced the mortar and bricks on both levels; they also fixed some cracks in the front of the building. The tuck pointing was top notch and honestly made the side of my building look brand new. Johnâ s crew also addressed foundation issues on the side of the building where water seeped in during the heavy rains. All of these projects were completed in a little over a week. Most importantly, each project was done with excellency by skilled workers. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the value for the money. My experience with John was also amazing. He was in constant communication with me throughout the projects and was always available for my questions. I told him what I wanted repaired on my wood decks He quoted me a price 1st on what I wanted done, and then quoted me another price on the work that SHOULD be done. His advice only confirmed what I had already had debated on repairing. He also pointed out some areas of repair I hadn't noticed or was even cognoscente about, such as rotting wood that was out of my sight but not his. "Tom and his team did an amazing job repairing and repainting the exterior of our home. The 1880s Victorian style has cedar siding, consisting of a combination of traditional boards and cedar tiles. It had been touched up and well maintained over the years, but no extensive repair or painting had been done. Many of the details, such as the trim around the windows and decorative teeth under the third floor's window trim, had chipped or fallen off. On the wall most exposed to the wind and sun, some siding required repair, a few pieces had to be replaced. Tom's team, led by Sergio, repaired/replaced boards/tiles as necessary, then sanded, primed and repainted all the siding. Their attention to detail was beyond impressive, with the window trim lined perfectly and the decorative accessories, such as the teeth, repaired to its original condition. We were most impressed with how much care the team took at sanding the cedar down to the wood before priming and repainting. The end result is siding that looks brand new. Another plus is they are reasonably priced. We received six quotes and they were in the middle of the pack. I highly recommend Fortune Restoration and Tom and his team. "Carlos and his team did so much for me. They did tuck pointing of one side of my wall. They did tuck pointing on my chimney they even replaced some bricks. Carlos was so kind he went above and beyond for me and sealed a lot of my wall joints with flexible seal so water doesn’t enter any one my walls and damage anything. They even fixed 2 foundation cracks from inside and outside with epoxy seal. Carlos was so reasonable with his estimate and you can tell he does his best giving you a fair price. They even kept the place clean and used vacuums while working. Ultimately friendly demeanor and professional job.
