Also, he repaired a crack in a raised brink planter and re-laid a patio area that had been distorted by 25 years of frost heaves. All work was done professionally and thoroughly and the areas cleaned up perfectly on departure. An added benefit was that the crew were very pleasant to deal with; arrived promptly and were clearly very skilled."

"They did an excellent job and were as nice as could be.  The price wasn't the most expensive or the least expensive of the quotes I received, they were fair.  They did an excellent job of matching the 60-year-old bricks of the house, although they apologized in advance in case they couldn't.  All of us were quite pleased with the outcome.  Robbie, the lead man on the team, was great.  
My one and only complaint was that tearing down the chimney and setting the brick in mortar created quite a mess down below on my deck.  The workmen weren't aware of the deck below from the pictures they had seen in advance.  It would have been nice if they had drop cloths to cover the whole deck instead of just underneath the ladder.  Pieces of brick and mortar flew all over the place and between the deck boards.  They tried to clean it up and dig out the debris from between the boards when finished, but it was still a mess.  When I called the office the lovely office manager said that when the next crew came out to acid wash the chimney they would power wash away the debris on the deck.  The second crew was very good as well, and did a decent job of cleaning it up.
My only suggestion is that in the future the trucks should always carry plenty of drop cloths or a roll of plastic, so that doesn't happen to anyone else.  But all's well that ends well, and I am pleased."

"This company rebuilt a badly deteriorated cement-block retaining wall which supports my elevated driveway, repaired numerous concrete sidewalk cracks and a crumbling step, replaced an ugly, old, insecure chain-link gate with a beautiful steel door, and installed attractive brick borders around a couple of small garden spaces (after also cleaning up those weedy spaces). The price was more than fair; I'm very pleased with the work, timeliness and charming personality. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

The technician was Mike G. who called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessay. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time.
