They finally called today, and said that lead warranty representative was unqualified to evaluate the problem. They only warranty their work for 2 years, and now claimed that I was told it would be $125 for them to come out. They never made that offer. Family members with the same name and similar business have indicated that they are obnoxious to deal with. The give the owner the nickname of Nick the Pr**k. Stay far, far away. Terrible company."
