If he see's anything that is not as it should be, he fixes the problem immediately. Example: We purchased all of the materials for this project. A section of porcelain floor tile did not take due to mortar product failure. Aldo made us aware of the problem, removed that section and reinstalled it with another mortar product that he was more familiar with, at no additional cost to us."
