"Bertie was responsive to our initial request for a quote. He came out, gave his honest opinion of the job, quoted a fair price, and was available within a week. He was on time for the job itself and did a great job giving us smooth walls and ceilings again. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again."

"Replaced 5 shades and put up blinds. Also installed a ceiling fan where I had a light fixture. Professional and clean 10/10"

"Matt does an amazing job. He does anything from small to large jobs for me. He just recently replaced all my deck railings and they look amazing. He has helped me out with toilet installation, moving things, painting, power washing, installing appliances, replacing smoke detectors, installing faucets, just to name a few. He has done jobs for the last six years for me and I will continue to use him forever! Dependable, honest, fair pricing, just an overall amazing guy! I recommend him 10/10."

"The installation and the product were good, but it was difficult to schedule a meeting. It took a long time to finally get them to come and perform the service.

"Looks like it did when we bought it 37 years ago."

"After reaching out to several recommendations on Facebook, receiving extremely high quotes, I decided to try Angi. I received my first call within minutes. Leo Tighe offered to stop by and see the project and provide a quote. The work which included interior construction of drywall and plastering of walls and ceiling in a bathroom being remodeled. Leo was kind, thoughtful and professional. He did excellent work, and completed the entire job, including moving the existing door, from start to finish at a very reasonable rate. I have a few projects that I will definitely have him do in the very near future. I would highly recommend Leo Tighe to anyone."

"The clapboard on my house is the original wood from when the house was built in 1925. So you can imagine the sanding and prep work that needed to go into the project. The paint job looks incredible The results as well as the pricing exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend JMC Painting Company. Very honest, clean and reliable. Very happy with the work and I am now using JMC for interior paint projects"

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"I first heard of Radiant Plus from a flyer that arrived in the mail advertising window cleaning and from the moment of first contact regarding a price estimate for the job--which included window cleaning inside and out, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing our home's exterior--to the final handshake at the job's completion, the Radiant Plus Services team was fantastic. They were professional, responsive, hard-working and entirely willing to go above and beyond to get the job done and to do it to the very best of their ability. The team arrived on time on a hot summer day and they worked hard throughout the sweltering day, even staying late to finish up their work. Their price was fair; they honored the discount advertised on their flyer; they were a pleasure to work with; and the work they completed was superlative. I'll hire them every year. "

"Don is by far the best contractor with whom we have ever worked. We have a history of bad experiences with other contractors over the years in NH, particularly around communication—not showing up when they say that would, not hearing anything for days, not returning calls, and having the final steps drawn out for extended periods. Don, on the other hand, was very calm, reliable (very important for me), competent and accommodating during the stress of living with construction for several weeks while trying also to maintain COVID isolation. Under these conditions, we could not have asked for a better, more organized or competent contractor. He always followed through, kept us informed when issues arose, and was easy to communicate with, as the project extended for several weeks. Don scheduled his time so that he could focus on our project and get it done according to the plan. He worked with us around delays that were not his fault—at one point we had to quarantine when our grandson was exposed, and twice the granite countertops we ordered were broken delaying the final installation. Although these were not Don’s fault, he went out of his way to minimize the delay when the work would be finalized. Don and his crew were quiet, cleaned up after each day, easy to communicate with and competent. Don also accommodated a couple of small, extra projects that emerged as we saw what the new addition would look like. I cannot recommend Handyman911 high enough. We are already planning to have him back for some other work when we return to NH next summer."
