"The owner called me and confirmed that I still wanted my security doors install. I was given a day on the weekend, but he called me and said he can get to me early in the week and it was my only off day. He kept in touch with me until the day my doors were to be installed. He sent his workers out to my house and they were very nice and respectful. They put my doors up so fast within a few hours, as they ran into a little problem out the door up. That wasn’t a problem for them they fixed it right away. I love my doors and the way they cleaned up after themselves when they got finished. After the door was done they made sure that I was satisfied, and I was very satisfied. My owner also called to see if I was satisfied with their work. I love their work how fast, neat and clean their work was. My son came over and asked who did my doors, he will be using their service as well as me for my future home projects. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.
