"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Ertan came over to our new apartment promptly after we called and gave us an estimate along with some helpful advice on how best to install the wall outlet. He also located his recommended outlet box on our computer, explained how it could be installed and volunteered to pick one up for us before doing the work. Ertan also brought along the two new smoke detectors that we needed to have installed. Due to our cyclical schedule in renovating the apartment, we were not able to schedule Ertan's work for several more weeks but he was able to accommodate us on just a few days notice when we were ready. He arrived right on time with one helper and proceeded to complete the work in a few hours without any problems. He also gave us some advice on a good local store where we could locate electrical parts on our own in the future. "Excellent. We replaced a wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace. We asked the company to see if they could remove the old tile without damaging it, a tricky task requiring some finesse. They managed to do that very well, and we were able to clean the old tile and have them place the tiles around the new fireplace which required a lot of precise cuts to fit the new fireplace size. They did a great job, and replaced/repaired and textured the sheetrock surrounding the fireplace. The workers were very neat and cleaned up everything when they finished. Highly recommended"
