"The leak in the ceiling originated from a poor, previous repair job and was in a very difficult spot immediately next to a wall. Todd looked the problem over and determined exactly what was needed to fix that problem. While he was here we ask him to bid on the replacement of the 2 faucets in the upstairs bathroom and replace the shower kits and valves in the upstairs and downstairs baths. He did it all! The drains were pretty difficult, having been siliconed at construction and therefore difficult to remove. Great job!"
