Hi, my name is Brian Douglas. I have been installing various types of flooring for approximately 12 years. I have also been installing tile for approximately five years. I do subcontracting work for Sherwin Williams Floor Covering, M-Five Construction, Poshedley Floor Covering. I take care of my van, my tools and my appearance. I'm polite as well as animal friendly. I have plenty of references if you need any. I also have pictures of my work. I get work done in a timely manner and keep my areas clean daily. Fully insured. Bonding for specific jobs.

"Jed kept in contact with me and was very detailed in his communication. The hydraulic oil stain was successfully removed from out cream carpet. They then cleaned and protected 2 rooms, a large set of stairs and hallway. They were in and out very quickly."

Rick was able to answer questions better than the "one day instillation" competitor's salesman. All decorative stone was priced the same. The "one day instillation" competitor has different price ranges for their decorative stone. Everstone owners did prep work to existing garage flooring . I was impressed by this because if the base is not done correctly then this effects the finish product. Edging perfect. Even my garage door installer said that this finished product looks better than the "one day installation" competitor."

"Benny is friendly, nice, and punctual. He called before coming out to verify time. Carpets were cleaned well. The only criticism I have, which I told him about was the wording of the Angie Deal I bought from him for $75. The deal states, "3 areas of carpet cleaning (up to 450 square feet) plus a hallway..." What it really should read is, 3 areas of carpet cleaning including hallway (up to 450sqft) for $75. I was approx 30sqft over which cost me an extra $30! He said he would fix the wording. Next time I will call and clarify a deal before I purchase it. I'm a newbie to Angie's list. He did take off $5, I'm assuming for this misunderstanding. I also had him clean my 12 stairs which was $35. I believe that is a competitive and fair price. He would prefer cash or check. Overall, he did a good job, equivalent to other companies I have had in the past. (The only reason I may not hire him again is because I have used another local company that charges by the room, not square foot. They did a good job and price is similar.)"

This was one thing that truly brought us peace after such a hectic and stressful 5 months out of our home. Ray was very professional, helpful, punctual, and you could tell wanted to help us out and make our moving back process much less stressful. His crews came in two different days and cleaned/washed walls, fans, floors anything that had layers of dust on them from the construction that was done.
