"Chester and the crew at Above & Beyond Construction are great! They completed our home addition and we look forward to working with them again on any future construction or home projects. Project - home addition above existing garage (bedroom and full bath) Budget - the stated budget was the final cost. Any additional costs associated with the project were well communicated (before the work was done) so we were not shocked or surprised. Craftsmanship/Work - the crews arrived on time and ready to work. They showed great respect to our house and neighbors. If they saw something that they were concerned about, it was addressed and discussed. The go out of their way to do it right, the first time. Chester was also able to find subcontractors that performed quality work that were budget friendly and timely (for example, we didn't have to wait days/weeks for an electrician/plumber to show up). We felt like we were their top priority even though they had other projects they were working on. Permits - Chester and crew handled the permits and communicated the project with our architect. His crew would also meet with the City for the permit inspections, which were approved on the first inspection because he and his crew do things the right way. They were very knowledgeable about what the City wants/prefers so inspection/permit process was easy. Communication - Chester was our main contact but we also felt comfortable talking with any crew members about our concerns. Chester was always available and just a phone call away to help resolve any problem or also answer any questions we might have about the process and next steps as the addition was being completed. It was great working with Chester and his team at Above & Beyond Construction and we would recommend him and his team."

"My experience with Salvador and his team went so well that I don't think I will hire any other company for future projects! My bathroom was very, very dated and needed to be fully gutted. Salvador gave me a fair price for all the work it needed and worked very hard to work within that budget. His team is the best I've ever had. Salvador is RESPONSIVE. He would text me back, call me back, and show up whenever I needed his input. I had two very young sleeping babies who had specific schedules during this big project. Eduardo and his team always respected the kids' demanding schedule by tiptoeing while they napped and closing doors very quietly, working with my children in mind--and I didn't even have to ask them to do this. The gentlemen were courteous, respectful, and considerate every day for the time they worked in my home. 3) THEY ARE SMART AND CREATIVE. Salvador, Eduardo, and Oscar gave me feedback and creative input during the project that really saved me time and helped me reach the vision I hoped for. The end result: my friends and family tell me that my new bathroom looks like it belongs in a hotel and a magazine. I can't thank Salvador enough for all the great work he and his team did!"

"RC Brothers Construction remodeled entirely our kitchen and powder room, as well as installed new flooring in 5 rooms and completed a wide variety of smaller projects. "Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. <br />"

Site drawing detailed how the finished room addition and sun porch would look after the job was completed. Wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished job.
