"The crew from Straight Line did an amazing job.  We had over 700' of fence put in between a total of 31 brick columns.  The brick work was a very expensive investment for us and Aaron and his team took great care to ensure that the fence looked just as great as the brick work.  They also took into consideration that we have a few small dogs and they made the extra effort to ensure that there were no gaps along the bottom of the fence.  The crew took the time to talk to us about what we wanted and continued to check with us throughout the build to make sure that we were happy with the job.  The fence came out beautiful and it is very structurally sound.  I will never use another company other than Straight Line for fences or decks, they are worth every dime. <br />"

Again, was on time, replace facet and repair the link ...left no mess. </p> <p> My sister called someone to cut down some dead trees....they left the trees and a huge mess, I called Greenup's and they cleaned up the trees and charged my father less than the other guys to cut and REMOVE some more trees. "They are awesome, punctual hardworking fellows. They cleaned up everyday before leaving the job. They were always helping my Mama with extra things that she needed. They also brought her the paper every morning. Our driveway is very long. She would have had to wait until we came home from work otherwise. They are coming back to remodel our kitchen soon! "They came in we shook hands then they went to the deck did their measurments explained what they would be doing,  I told them of the lights and walk way I wanted to have installed also for nighttime saftie, <br /> I invited them inside (is cold) we sat and they explained all to be done and the cost  ($2000 for the deck repairs and the ramp) less than  I thought it would be.   He noticed my Air Force Cap and thanked me for my servece we talked Army Air Force for about an hour <br />"

"James was our sales person.  He was a few minutes early for our initial meeting (which was fine).  He was detailed in his explanation of the windows.  My husband could not be present for the meeting so James made it very easy for me to explain the details to my husband.  He knew we were getting quotes from various companies and was patient as we went through that process. When presented with a better quote, he reduced his quote to obtain our business.  He told me the price would never change once the contract was signed.  After the contract was signed and the work on the windows began, we realized the quote didn't reflect all of the windows; it was one short.  But true to James' word the price quoted on the contract did not change.  They replaced that last window and did not charge us for it.   <br /> On a more personal note, my beagle had to be confined to a certain area to stay out of their way.  It was pretty hot outside and they took time to make sure he had plenty of water through out the day.  They did not have to do that, but I appreciated the fact that they took the time to do so. <br /> To my surprise (and delight) the job was completed in 1 1/2 days.  The guys were professional, courteous and friendly.  I am very proud of the windows and my only regret is that we waited so long to get them replaced. <br />"
