If you are debating on whether or not to buy a brand new piano or get yours fixed.. GET YOURS FIXED. He will not leave you dissatisfied. He will tell you whether or not your piano is worth getting fixed or if it's better to just buy a new piano. He fixed the pedals, filed the hammers, replaced/fixed a hammer, evened out the piano keys, fine tuned the piano three times in the matter of 1 and 1/2 months and took well care of all parts of the piano. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing to tune their piano no madder what shape it's in."

"Carl came the day I called to get a quote on a door handle fix.  He was on time, friendly, considerate and funny.  He made everything seem very easy.  He was quick with the work and didn't charge us for the job!  We had him look at our other door that was coming loose at the bottom hinge.  The plan was to have him come back the next day with proper tools for the job, but unfortunately the next day we found a bigger problem, which was mold.  Of course Carl called the next day and was not upset at all that we could'nt have him begin the job that day.  We told him that for sure would have jobs for him and that we would call him when we needed him.  Now that we all almost completed with the mold, we are scheduling Carl to come to give us a quote for the cabinet and floor repairs."

"Axiom was recommended to me by a friend. I'd had another company do some work in my home and they completely destroyed my baseboards and broke my cold water line in the kitchen. Matt Woodruff came and surveyed the damage including a newly found leak in an upstairs bedroom. He was very easy to deal with, friendly and competent. He gave me an estimate and after I'd approved it, he had a worker on my roof the following day. We scheduled a day to have new baseboards installed and his workers did a great job of painting them, installing them and then painting the walls above them to match. Matt fixed the water line in less than 10 minutes which was really appreciated because I hadn't had cold water in my kitchen for two months due to the incompetent workers from a different company who shall remain nameless due to a settlement agreement. Axiom's workers also painted the ceiling upstairs and the adjacent walls where a water leak from the roof had left some stains. Throughout the process Matt and his crew were friendly, polite and respectful of my home. They left no mess behind. I appreciated that they took the time to do an exceptional job and I will definitely call them again for any future repairs or new projects that arise. Thanks also to Andy McNeil who came to pick up the payment, he, like the rest of his crew, is obviously a trustworthy businessman, unlike several other construction companies that I've dealt with in the past.
