"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo."

"The provider did exactly what was asked.  The job was completed and he cleaned up completely when finished.  He was professional (when he was working on the project) and friendly. 
The problem occurred when he finished the project as he would not honor the "featured deal" that I purchased on Angie's list.  The deal was four hours of work for $99.  He claimed that he had no idea what the deal was and that he did not work with Angie's List although they have asked him to several times.  The interesting thing is that the featured deal is still available on his page and he has had several reviews that have claimed that they have used the deal. I am very confused. He was told when I contacted him on Angie's List's website that I bought the deal. I ended up paying him the amount he required as I was working with an epoxy paint in the garage and was on a time limit to utilize the material. I did not have the time to call Angie's List or argue. The reason he received a "D" in professionalism because he was not honest in regards to working with Angie's List and did not want to discuss the purchased deal.
I paid him three times the amount that I paid for the featured deal (which I was not expecting or wanting to).  That ended up being $75 an hour; to put up a less than two sheets of paneling, with about four cuts, which was absurd.  This is why he received the F for cost.
The work was good, but know that it will be costly if you use him and he will not honor deals purchased through Angie's. There are many people available who are just good and much more reasonable.

"Excellent work. Worked with Tim and distributor for glass panel/frame type. Tim was recommended by Rystin Construction (Henderson NV) -- who I found by looking at door manufacturers and they were listed as a distributor for a few door manufacturers. After discussion with both parties, I could just change out the glass panel vs. the total door. I have 3 more doors with same panel types to be completed. I am very happy with door, having him do more work and will recommend him to others. He also repaired a loose tile in bathroom, was able to reset with grout I had. Overall, very pleased. He is very busy with other jobs, but worth the wait."
