"I purchasing a foreclosure, and I knew I had serious plumbing issues, based on the home inspection report. After
contacting Larry, and reviewing his in depth camera inspection etc., I was facing the fact that I would need a new septic tank.

I asked him, and two other plumbing companies to give me estimates. After carefully reviewing these 3 estimates, and for
several other reasons, I felt more confident with Larry. His extensive plumbing background, knowledge and experience gave me the comfort I needed to give him the approval to move forward on the new septic tank.

He and his team did such a great job, that I had him install my new tankless water heater as well. He again did such a professional job on the tankless system, that I have referred him to several others. They too are thrilled with their tankless systems!

My past experience with plumbers had me very apprehensive, as their dialog seemed to have always been scripted; in fact, the last time I had a plumber over for a simple service, he tried to sell me on purchasing a whole bunch of other plumbing work, that I simply didn't need!

Larry is honest, very clean, he wears booties, and he explains everything in detail. He gets the job done right the first time! Probably the most professional thing Larry did was call me the next day and ask if everything was working OK, and if I was happy. He then came back the following week to check on everything.

"I couldn't recommend this company any higher.  I called Kyle while he was enroute to another job and he was able to get to my house within a few hours.  He was very professional and friendly, and efficiently removed the old heater and installed the new one.  While he was performing this he also saw that my water softener's drain wasn't set up correctly and fixed that for me.  He also trouble shot and fixed a back faucet that had been leaking from multiple locations.  I will use Kyle and his company for any plumbing issues in the future.

"I contacted his 3 hours later to schedule the replacement and he was at my house within 1 1/2 hours with a new water heater. He and his assistant had the installation completed in a little over 2 hours. All installation materials and the old water heater was removed. Nice clean job! "Our water heater needed to be replaced and this was my first Angie's List purchase.  $600 for installation including a 40-50 gallon name brand water heater plus they will take away the old one.  We initially wanted to consider a tankless water heater but the price was right and we needed this completed fairly soon as we were on borrowed time.  Just do it, right?  We did and it was completed.  I asked what brand water heater and I researched the brand with negative satisfaction results.  I was not happy but I already bought the offer.  The technician replaced our water heater with a 40 gallon AO Smith brand which was exactly the brand I wanted.  I am happy for that but he wanted an extra $250 for a permit and straps.  Shouldn't that be part of the installation?  My husband made a call to Angie's List and voila, all of the sudden, no extra fee!  But also no permit or straps.  THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST!  However.  Is our water heater within code without a permit and without straps?  We don't know but wedo have hot water."
