"Jim called for a much anticipated service call. The brand new part was installed in our kitchen sink in less 30 minutes. Looking at the big picture, we went from $800 - 900 for a new faucet unit to $296 for one brand new part, overnight air, and Jim’s service call and labor. Me thinks I have a new plumber❗️🤙🏼"

"Eric was awesome, he was nice and friendly. I had a great experience with them."

"They made sure I understood all of my options and gave me a very good price on a new water heater install. Out of all of the companies I received estimates from, these guys were easiest to talk to and I never felt like they were just trying to make a buck. They beat every other estimate by big margin, though you would not be able to tell by looking at the great job they did. They gave me a full tutorial on the water heater and some helpful info about my furnace as well. I will be using Top Shelf for all of my heating and air needs in the future. I am very impressed!"

"He is right on it. He knew what he was talking about. Negotiated a good price, and I had a brand new made in the USA Bradford White water heater. The last Bradford white lasted over 20 years. He is honest and does a good job. Hot water in no time. AWESOME!"

"Dan was a pleasure - he carried out the repairs and explained exactly what he was doing, and why the waste disposal was blocked. Dan also replaced the pump on the water heater, the water flows much better and we have hot water in all the necessary rooms. Excellent job and would recommend."

"I needed a natural gas line run to my back yard grill. Andy inspected the current piping and determined the best approach. Ensured the gas line could accommodate the additional use. Offered a reasonable estimate. We arranged the install and showed up as scheduled and completed the work. After the city inspection was complete, my gas grill was hooked up and ready for use."

"The price was reasonable and they sent someone out very quickly. The repair was likewise very quick and the toilet is working great."

"Did a very average job. Came in a stopped leak, shut water off, thank you then removed my soft water heater and everything in the heater closet and never quoted a price first. Pretty scary"

"I was very satisfied with it. They were were good."
