These issues may stem from me being told that from one team that when the other team comes out, they will take care of it and when that team arrives, them stating "they don't do that". There are teams that work on taking the doors to the warehouse, countertop installers, etc..etc."

This saved us from having to refinish the bottom of the cabinet and kept the look the same as the rest of the cabinets.
