"I had this guy come by for a quote. He quoted me $450 to repair roof. After his bank issues and no reply back? I called left a msg to cancel job. He showed up unannounced and made repairs without any explanation as to what he did. Roof continued to leak so I had to get roof completely redone (15k) by another company. Never heard from him again until he sent new invoice which was now $250 giving what he called a $200 discount. I took pictures of what he did which was basically a tube of asphalt caulk over exposed nails and areas. In my head? maybe $50 worth of service. I will write the check this week to close this account but will not be using Angi again thanks for nothing."

After dealing with that fiasco, during which I was made to feel like the villain, the service I received from Accurate Roof Management was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish everyone was responsive, respectful, communicative, hard-working, and efficient, and clearly took pride in the job. They were also careful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were considerate enough to reinstall things like garage door keyless entry pads and extension cord brackets.
