He tore out an old tile floor and two more layers beneath the tile. Then he installed the new LVT and the fit between the planks is so tight and level that it looks completely seamless. And the price for all this was more than fair. I am telling everyone I know about Josh's wonderful work. I would encourage you to call Josh before you do your next floor replacement. Not only was I thrilled with the quick installation but also the price, which was $2 sq/ft for good quality snap/click type flooring on a very clean and level floor. (I provided materials.) Steve was on time, professional and resourceful when it came to details like making sure the thresholds were done properly and in making the areas adjacent to a fireplace look good. He took pride in his work and made sure it was done right. Based on this experience I'll definitely be using Cransten again. Scheduling and payment were super easy as well."
