"Josh replaced our old kitchen floor with Luxury Vinyl planking(LVT) and did it quickly, meticulously and to perfection. He is truly an expert in flooring. He tore out an old tile floor and two more layers beneath the tile. Then he installed the new LVT and the fit between the planks is so tight and level that it looks completely seamless. And the price for all this was more than fair. I am telling everyone I know about Josh's wonderful work. I would encourage you to call Josh before you do your next floor replacement. You won't be disappointed!"

He does exactly what he tells you he will do , he put in a Patio door for me when Others were saying it was to much work and the price was WAY much for me to pay, it just could Not be done , HA ! "The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."
