After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. But the fellows were most patient with me and did the work as quickly as my somewhat illogical processes allowed . I asked them to pack the racks tightly and they did a better job that I could have done. I was most pleased with their work. They finished up the job as quickly as possible and headed out. After a night's sleep, I decided to call the company and authorize them to change the rate to the 3-man x 2 hr discount rate. Amazing they declined.
