"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "David was the first to respond to 8 requests for fencing estimates. I wanted a company where I would meet the installer, not a salesperson. David provided a reasonable quote and was able to fit me in faster than I expected. He promptly responded to any questions. I just needed a partial fence as I have fences on either side of me. The job was completed in a day and turned out better than I had hoped. The fence looks great. David also offers a 3 year craftsmanship warranty, which was better than my other quotes. "I needed a chain link fence (5 ft high w/ a 5 ft wide gate) to contain my 115 lb GSD/Rottie mix). This needed to happen FAST. Willis was the very first person to (IMMEDIATELY) respond to my inquiry on Angi (out of 4 total responses). He came out to my house quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot. The price was MUCH lower than the previous company and the good rapport we had (and his credentials and knowledge/years in the fencing business) made me lean more towards hiring him than the other 3 companies. The fence was installed within DAYS. There was always very good communication about when he'd be at my house for setting the posts and doing the remaining work. Very respectful of property and SUPER understanding about my XXXL protective dog! I'm super happy with how it turned out and HIGHLY recommend Whitson's. Fast, affordable, friendly, and my XXXL doggo is contained!"

"The workers were friendly and professional, and showed up when they said they would. They performed the required services, and when I asked if the staining might be a little uneven, they redid the entire deck. They also pressure-washed the algae-stained brick at my request, which was apparently not included in the original price, but needed to be done. They told me that the doors on the shed were rotting at the bottom, and for a very reasonable price, repaired the doors before restaining them. The doors would not rehang properly, so at my request, they moved the hardware around a bit so the doors worked. They also cleaned up after the job, and left the worksite in good condition. They did request partial payment after each phase of the job, and were faithful in completing the job so that we were happy with it. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait a number of weeks for them to apply a second coat of stain, and it turned out very well. The thing I liked best about this company is that they made sure I was happy with the work, and if not, they did whatever necessary to satisfy us. They were also reliable in doing what they said they would. I will try to post a picture of the deck if it ever stops raining."

"Will got in touch after i requested help through Angi. He was prompt, professional and listened and asked questions as we walked through the project. He scheduled in two days after I called him to accept his bid, He and his crew were on time, worked safely and checked in with when he had questions. We did a walk through before he loaded his gear. This job involved serious yard cleanup including trimming, cutting branches and cutting some wildly overgrown grass."

"One word - AMAZING!! Believe me, this was a HUGE job. It took days and days of clearing, grading, stump grinding, spraying weeds, etc., etc. Had gone to the 2017 Cincinnati home and garden show and spoken to a number of the companies there, but Davey from Eagle Creek Landscape and Design seemed to "get" what I wanted more than others. We asked him to come for a look. We loved his initial ideas and decided, against our usual approach, that we would go with him and not even get other estimates. I have had estimates previously which were 2/3rds what he quoted but with much less than half the bang for the buck. On top of that Davey is a kind and caring person, as is his father Dave who works with him, and his mom who does some of the design work. There were so many thoughtful little above and beyond things that they did I don't think I can even remember all of them. They fixed the stones on our path going downstairs to the yard, they swept the debris off our flat roof, they fixed the step going into our back door. All in all it was weeks worth of work and I believe well worth the expense based on the results. I've come to really trust and count on Davey and Eagle Creek. I can't wait to go out every morning with my coffee and just sit and enjoy watching the birds and looking at the view. But, pictures are better than words so I am uploading some so you can see for yourselves. Believe it or not, we didn't even get pictures of the yard at its worst so the pictures you see that are "pre-landscaping" are actually part way into being cleared. The post pictures are the beginning, including the top dressing of pine straw, and of what will be much more lush as time goes on as we plant more. We have lots of deer, birds and squirrels so we have to see what works well which Davey paid special attention to. Still we know that nothing is "deer proof". The pictures really don't quite do the beauty of the yard justice. Next year or so, when we've saved up some, we plan to have him do the front yard. Eagle Creek also has a maintenance option where they come 4 times a year to keep things up. I can't review that yet but if it's like the original job I know we will be happy."
