"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

"Richard and his team did a great job. Richard came out promptly for a free estimate and offered options for repairing and replacing our driveway. We chose to pave over our old cement driveway with asphalt, a one-day job. Richard worked with the team all day, and they finished the job by late afternoon. They prepped the area, applied the asphalt, beveled edges and smoothed transitions to existing walkway, steps, and cement apron by the road. The driveway is smooth, neat, and looks great! Richard was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We recommend him and his company to others.

"The order was placed on 4/15. I received an email notice asking me to call, so I called them the next evening and had to leave a message. I saw that they don’t do business on Friday or Saturday, but then they called me on Saturday. I called them back that evening and it went to voicemail. "Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. Additionally, she followed up with a nice drawing of our project and pricing options relative to different material . Overall this company has exceptioonal customer service, going above and beyond.  Unfortunately we decided to go with another company which provided a price more aligned with what we were planning to spend.

"The cost was like a quarter of what the previous contractor cost us. Our experience with them was great. They came in and said it would take three to five days; it took four. They came in. They finished. They were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up their mess. They did a really good job and in four day, they were gone. They did exactly what they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it."

"Great general contractor who solves unexpected problems quite reasonably and quickly. The floor install required a new subfloor (expected) but unexpectedly we found that the 75% of the joists needed replacing or repairing. The work was taken care of and the floors are absolutely beautiful!!! One thing to improve is the communication between the GC / work crew / client, this is why I took one star away. If you are considering hiring EJALE, do it, you will not be disappointed with the end result! I will hire them again."
