I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"We actually hired J Hoss for two jobs, and they did a great job with both! Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

"I have had Robert and his team in here before and they did a great job. So when I had another painting need, I called them first. The team leader, Lloyd, did a great job. His attention to detail and concern for getting it right was laudable. I loved his way of excitedly telling me all he had to do to get around problems. He cared about quality. He also did a lovely job on the 2 spots in another bedroom which were not even part of the project. I have had so people do work here recently and I have to point out all the problems. Then I find more problems after they leave. It was gratifying to have someone get it all right the first time."

"Overall, we are extremely pleased with the result. However, while there were mostly positives, there were a few negatives. I selected Mega after interviewing and screening multiple vendors based on my very positive impression of the salesman/designer - Sever, along with price and positive reviews. The Mega process involves two distinct phases - design and project completion. Sever handles the design and materials selection while Ibrahim handles project management for the actual work. Sever is not at all involved in this part of the process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sever and developed a strong sense of trust with him and his advice. The project manager, Ibrahim, was another story. There were times that he was quite responsive and helpful and others when he was difficult to reach and did not keep me updated on the crew’s schedule and next steps. Fortunately, the crew that handled the work was excellent. They worked hard, seemed to want to do an excellent job, went the extra mile when asked and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The project went a bit longer than planned which was ok. However, there were times when the crew could have done more if the items being installed were on-site. This caused delay and is squarely attributable to the project manager. I would recommend Mega and use them again, myself. However, I would establish clear expectations with Ibrahim upfront and hold him to those expectations."
