"They did a good job. We purchased the Angie's Deal for new granite countertops for $1499. Of course we ended up choosing a higher priced granite, needing more granite square footage than the deal covered, and upgrading the sink for additional cost. They also needed to move up the electrical outlets to accommodate for the new 6 inch granite backsplash. Bryan and his team did the entire job in 2 days and were great. One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Overall, very happy with my counters. Now if someone else would just do the cooking in there!"

"Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. "Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."
