"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Zach actually arrived ahead of his appointment time, which was great because we were heading somewhere. He walk around the house explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I would like to mention before he started we texted back and forth and was impressed that the price included the garage. I was already happy and he had not even started the work. Anyway when I returned home driving down my street I could not believe the transformation he gave my house. The white trim on the house was bright as diamonds. As I made my way to the front door I felt the trim and it felt as smooth as glass and felt clean.
I tried cleaning the front windows and could get it clean enough. I also attempted to clean my gutters, but again I could not get them clean. Needless to say Zach and his co-worker are the greatest. I looked up and could not believe how clean he got my gutters and the overhang. I will definitely recommend his services to all my neighbors and friends. The price was great for my house. I found out from my neighbor that Zach uses lower pressure, which I think is great as it does not break down the siding. He did his house as well and he was happy. If you get 3 homeowners you could even get the price down lower, but no one was interested. They are now after seeing how clean my house looks."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

MJ Services arrived when they said they would, made suggestions on repairs and gave me affordable options. Their work was excellent! They cleaned up after themselves and the work was professionally done. I've got a property that I've wanted to put up for sale in Baltimore. It needed a variety of work since it had been unoccupied for years. This house now shows beautifully and I'm ready to list it! It was great to work with people who arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it right the first time. I first used them for a mold removal job, but found my self calling on them again for a variety of other repairs. "The quality of work is excellent.  Unfortunately, their boss directed his crew to ignore the obvious tilt of this old house, and we had to insist that the top of the closet doors be parallel to the ceiling!  He also got surly when my husband and I insisted that we both see the end result before paying him.  I hope this guy reverts to the personality we saw a couple of years ago and leaves the current one behind.

"Original date was snowed out and rescheduled for 2 days later.  Dave (owner) consistently communicated with me that his company would be out 2 days later due to the snow storm.  He contacted me the morning of the move and his workers (Terry, Marcus, and Assad) were very professional and helpful.  Despite the snow and ice, they were extremely careful to keep the furniture clean and safe.  I appreciated the fact that they were able to fit all of the furniture (heavy) into the truck.  I would recommend this company to anyone."
